Frequently Asked Questions
Why do the new prices look higher?
My menu can feel like a big jump at first, but when you add up tips and extra charges at most salons, most clients realize they were already paying about the same- often more. The difference now is that everything’s included, clear, and consistent. No surprises, just the same care you’ve always trusted me for.
Why don’t you charge for add-ons or accept tips?
All-inclusive means you get everything your hair needs without worrying about add-ons, surprise charges, or guessing what’s an “appropriate” tip. My pricing already reflects my full worth, so you can simply book, arrive, and enjoy the experience knowing your time, results, and comfort taken care of.
What is K18 and why is it included in some services?
K18 is a breakthrough treatment that repairs hair from the inside out- not just masking damage. It rebuilds broken keratin chains caused by coloring, bleaching, and heat styling, restoring strength, softness, and elasticity. I include K18 in all services I do so your hair not only looks amazing, but feels healthier with every visit.
Why don’t you have balayage or foils on your menu?
I’ve packaged my services so you can focus on the experience, not the menu. What you might call a balayage, I’d call a foiliage or free hand painting technique… it’s not your job to know the difference. Instead of making you pick through endless add-ons or confusing technique names, I’ve built straightforward appointments that already include what your hair needs.
What is Redken Shades EQ, and why do you use it?
Shades EQ is a professional acidic demi-permanent color that adds shine, refreshes tone, and conditions hair- all without damaging, and can even be done as a colorless-hair-enhancer. It’s perfect for refreshing color between bigger appointments, toning highlights, or adding richness and depth. I love it because it makes hair look and feel healthy… a non-negotiable in my salon.
